Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

We currently deliver across India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternate options or a refund.

- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 are eligible for free shipping.
- Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹30-₹99 will be added based on the delivery location.
- Additional charges may apply for remote or non-serviceable areas, and you will be informed before dispatch.
3. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Timeframe
- Metropolitan Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 Cities: 5-7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or unexpected delays from courier partners.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment.
6. Delivery Policy
- Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner may attempt a re-delivery or contact you for further instructions.
- In case of failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping will be charged additionally.
7. Perishable Food Products
Given the perishable nature of food products, we ensure that your order is packed and shipped with the utmost care to maintain quality and freshness.
